New release of Analytics focusing on UX and easy-to-use functionality
- Redesign of the left-hand menu (Analysis)
- The left-hand menu of Analysis now shows the various question types that you have in your survey so that you easier can see what kind of question you are looking at. We now also made it possible to select text-answer-only questions from within the menu.
- Breakdown of answering percentage (Surveys)
- When accessing a survey to look at your answering percentage, you are now able to break down the statistics on any of the levels that you have in the survey (Facility, Area, etc). Note that this option has to be activated by your customer team, so contact them if you cannot see it.
- Contact details to your customer team
- The last update is an update to the Contact & Support area of Analytics, located in the top right corner next to your profile (the small lifebuoy). Clicking that will not only give you access to the Knowledge Base etc, but you will not also see the contact details of your customer team.
