To make us of the AktivBo Benchmark compasses, follow the steps below
- Choose your desired survey, either in the left hand menu or by using the pop-up window when entering the Analysis-Page
- After you have selected your survey, choose what Index, Sub-index or Question you are interested in, for example Service Index as shown below.
- Now, navigate to the Benchmark section in the menubar. Note that if you have multiple benchmarks you need to select the right one in the drop-down list.
- You will now be presented with the benchmark figures where your own result (based on what you have selected and filtered out) compared to the industry/your benchmark selection.
- The compass displays where you are compared to your benchmark, how much higher/lower than industry average you are and in which part of the compass your result is. Red = bottom 25%, Yellow = middle 50%, Blue = top 25%.
- You can also decide to look at the Internal Benchmark, where you can compare your results based on internal differences by using your saved groupings. In below example you can see the result of a single Property compared to the total result of your company, and how good this particular property is performing internally.
