My colleague doesn't have an account - how do we solve that?

In order to setup a new account for a new colleague, you need to contact your AktivBo contact person.
If you dont have a direct known contact person with AktivBo, you can find the contact details for our support by opening our "Contact with Support tab" by clicking on the ball in the upper right corner.
