AktivBo and Aareon initiate European collaboration within Tenant Experience

PropTech company AktivBo and Aareon are starting a collaboration to make the industry more data-driven and to increase tenant satisfaction. The cooperation will enable live quality monitoring of all services delivered by housing companies towards their tenants to improve the overall tenant experience. AktivBo will become a partner in Aareon's real estate ecosystem, Aareon Connect, which offers standardized APIs for the real estate industry.

With data-driven analysis, AktivBo helps to increase profitability and improve the customer experience. AktivBo Analytics is an analysis and survey platform tailored for real estate industry that offers manageable customer insights, benchmarking and prioritizing. Through the Aareon Connect partnership, real estate companies will get the opportunity to follow up the entire customer journey, containing benchmarkable survey modules via the iPaaS plug-and-play solution. The integration platform offers connection to leading ERPs through open APIs and a standardized data model, enabling quicker and more efficient integrations.

The collaboration includes tenant surveys and optimization of all tenant touch points for example moving in, moving out, error reporting, customer service and overall customer satisfaction via AktivBo's platform. A European standard for ESG follow-up and sustainability is also planned to be offered through the partnership.
