Wiener Wohnen, the largest municipal housing company in Europe, increases focus on customer driven real estate management. After a detailed due diligence and an official European procurement, AktivBo was selected as partner for tenant surveys and customer satisfaction improvements for the coming 6 years.

Making data driven decisions
Being a property owner of more than 220.000 homes has its challenges and requires a solid understanding of customer needs and how to improve their living situation. Through the collaboration with AktivBo, Wiener Wohnen will implement the customer and data driven approach to further improve their overall tenant experience. The ambition is to provide more opportunities for Vienna’s many tenants to affect their living situation. 

Benchmarking
The upcoming surveys will provide a better understanding of areas that need improvements. The results can be analyzed in AktivBo Analytics, an analysis and action platform tailored for the real estate industry, where data drilldowns and prioritizations enable smarter decision making.
